OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 2193rd compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

🎶Hive Open Mic | Psalms 📜 | Lift Me Up - Rihanna🍂 | Cover by Karlaquiviolin 🎤

I am a musician thanks to the immense faith of my parents. They wanted me to use music to praise God, but they never told me that, in return, I would gain more than one way to recognize His love and care.

TBT de mi segundo embarazo / TBT from my second pregnancy

My son used to make the victory sign with his little fingers in a V shape, and I thought it would be funny to imitate him in one of the photos, although the real meaning was that this was my second child, as I was wearing the same clothes I had worn when I spent Christmas with my first child in my belly, and that sign was a way of identifying who was inside me.

¿Humillación o trampa del Ego? (SPA-ENG)

This morning, during my routine commute to work, my daughter, still a teenager (according to a BBC report on a Cambridge University study that states adolescence ends at age 32), briefly mentioned the workplace gaffe she'd made and how she handled it from a politically correct perspective. Now calmer after the catharsis, she told me that, despite her self-control, she felt her anger rising as she considered what had happened, and that the details weren't worth discussing here. What struck me most was her reasoning for acting with restraint in the face of what she considered an injustice: "I wasn't going to make the mistake of exposing myself to humiliation again."

Notebooks and journals, two very special items that I hold dear to my heart.📚💗

Then there were many things I used in Argentina, such as notebooks and journals, that I didn't need here or didn't feel the need to buy or use. But I can assure you that when I go to a shop, I look a lot at notebooks with spectacular designs, many of them fantasy-themed. But the truth is that if I had them, I wouldn't be able to use them. I would feel too bad; they would be like works of art. Some of them are really beautiful.

Farewell/ Monomad Challenge [Eng/Esp]

Hello friends of #blackandwhite, to put you a little in context and tell you a little about the story behind these photos, I live in Cuba and study at the ISA (University of the Arts), my country is currently experiencing one of the hardest crises in recent years, due to the lack of resources all the university students who were with scholarships in Havana, were sent to their provinces, my university was left out, we left with pain, before leaving we celebrated a last day together and left a scholarship wall full of memories and feelings, in the other photos you can see the suitcases collected, loneliness and despair.

When you start a fight and then pretend to hide.#monomad

The little kitten chose chaos today. It climbed from the balcony onto the nearby tin roof and spotted the new cat sitting there like he owned the place. After a few intense stares and what sounded like a bold “mew-mew” declaration in cat language, the kitten lifted its tiny paw and delivered the first tap, a soft but confident rooftop challenge.

Wednesday Walk : Ice sculptures in Saint-Côme, Québec

For this new #WednesdayDay hosted by tattoodjay@tattoodjay, another WednesdaySki 😀, but not just that, with this stroll through the village of Saint-Côme in Quebec. Part of the day, I was on the ski slopes at the Val Saint-Côme resort. After a few runs, I went to the village, located a few kilometers away, to grab a beer at the Trécarré brewery. But on the main street, many ice sculptures were still resisting the sun's rays.

Chitting Potatoes - Seed Planning - Seed Starting - by Sunscape

Well, I opened my bag of potatoes to cook for dinner and look what I found. They had been in the cold garage but with the temps so low I had brought them into the pantry. I guess they decided it was time to start growing.

Crónicas de lo Absurdo #07. La Feria [ES/EN]

This is a series of chronicles about everyday life, about those scenes that repeat themselves so often that they stop seeming strange to us. Here there is no exaggeration or forced fiction. The absurd is not invented, it is observed. These are texts born from daily experience, from waiting, from meaningless rules, from gestures we all know and almost never question. They do not seek to give answers, only to stop for a moment and look carefully at what we have learned to accept.

Cleaning routine || Step by step || en-es

It has been very difficult for me to know exactly what I need and where to go because, of course, I have seen people talking about niacin or vitamin C, or rose water routines, and yes, it all sounds very nice, but when I see the wall at Farmatodo, I have no idea what to buy; so it becomes frustrating and alarming.
