OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1087th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

When we arrived we stopped at the entrance for a few minutes to wait for other companions to arrive, then we went up to the ranger station where they checked our bags, as part of their job to preserve and maintain the place to avoid entering products or objects that could cause damage and even more so now that we are in the dry season.

Since I am pregnant, I have my monthly check up once a month. I chose Saturday because I have no class. This month is my third time of visiting my OB-Gyne, I decided to bring my son there since we love going outside during weekends. These cousins of mine asked me if it is okay that they will accompany me going there. My first plan is to bring my step-sister and my son alone but these cousins wanted to join us so I gave them the chance to be with us then.

In the past few weeks, I observed that we felt summer already. The weeds started to dry, the ground started to crack and the heat of the sun sometimes made me lazy to walk outdoors. Sometimes, there were days that it rains but the ground was still thirsty. But because of the Summer Feels, I innovate something useful.

It's been a long while, and I've been writing in an on-and-off manner. This year has been the toughest so far, both financially and professionally, but still, I was very hopeful at the start of February, my birth month. Unfortunately, it didn't go as I expected. Too many things happened, mostly unpleasing ones. I made a decision and am not sure if I did the right thing. Was I being emotional when I made that decision? Did I really think of it a hundredfold? I don't know. My mind was loud and chaotic. I want to shut it off and try to justify those decisions.

So, today, with another round of comments being left on the posts, I realized in a very frustrating way, that this work of reading a post, analyzing and giving an opinion, or simply saying thank you for a new piece of information shared, has basically been done just for me. Okay, I'm not an amazing person here, but the lack of interaction is scary.

Today was a wonderful day. As every month I have become a regular at Amauta. Once a month I arrive at the small paradise of the artists Lorenzo Suárez Crespo and Irma Rodríguez Curbelo who, accompanied by their daughter Irina and husband Iván, make the small workshop-room.

A brotherhood to enjoy the most sublime art: that which is made among friends, for friends and by friends. There, in the small space, the miracle of creation takes place and one enjoys a proposal worthy of the best of stages.

I have to be honest I think that in this new millennium in which technology, science and society have advanced as a whole, I think that women have gained more advantages and independence and therefore we can get to live together and not because we are of the same gender, but there would not be that competition where inequality shone; that is, there is no one to prevent you or question that "you can not or should not" or as from primitive times or cultural laws that limited or ordered you to comply because there was no gender equality.

Guinness from a can. Sacrilege you might say? But, do you know what, it's actually pretty damn good and although it's not on par with a draught pint you'll get at your local, it's still pretty damn good.

I like to pour it as follows, crack the can and turn it straight over into your pint glass, ideally a Guinness one, it just looks better. Leave it to settle

It isn't bad to resolve your own problems, but there are moments where you can't afford it. Those people that offered you help and you said "no" they really wanted you to success. So why don't you accept it?

It takes time to form a good relation with someone, you know because you are living it, not everyone is used to your way of living, your sense of humor (a very dark and illogical sense of humor), since your best friend left the country, despite you meet really good new people, it isn't the same.

Greetings from Sri Lanka. It is a relaxing task to think that another Sunday has dawned because it is the only holiday of the week. So when I was thinking about a suitable vegetable dish to have with rice for lunch on this relaxing Sunday, Lady fingers came to mind. Sri Lankan Tamils add a lot of spices in cooking. I prepared Lady fingers curry today by adding more spices. Lady fingers are also a beneficial vegetable for our physical health.
