Wednesday walk at the golden island

Today’s amazing find is shared by @fat-elvis that shows us some engravings made by man hundreds or maybe more than a thousand years ago. He found these carvings in a place called the Alberta/Montana Badlands. The tour ends with a cold pint and some fish & chips.

I think it's always great when you find unexpected gems during your travels. Hpa-An wasn't on @marcelgoo plan in Myanmar but it turned out to be one of the highlights. This is a small town about 100 km from the Thai border and has a lot to offer to visitors. @marcelgoo went to see a couple of fascinating caves, followed by a boat ride through the rice fields. The highlight of the trip was the Kyauk Kalat Pagoda, a temple built ontop of a rock. That, according to him is a must visit.

Myanmar: fascinating Hpa-An

Want to taste a spicy asian meal? @anggreklestari shares a traditional recipe called Sambal Balado Terong. It's made of eggplant flavored with simple spices and most importantly lots of chilli! This recipe is easy to try especially if you want to treat yourself one of traditional Asian food.Also this is vegan/vegetarian friendly;you can customize the adds on in this recipe as you like it. However, again.. stick to the main flavor, the hot and spicy thick paste!
