I started Keto about 3 months and one of the biggest struggles was figuring out what to eat daily. I tried cauliflower rice and I hated the texture of some of the foods that were keto, for some reason it didn't feel normal to me. I will now show you some great keto meals that I eat weekly with the intent of helping the keto clan around the world.
First, find a recipe that teaches you on how to make keto bagels with coconut flower
Cook 3 small pork chops squeeze a lemon on them let them rest for 2 minutes.
Buy or make cauliflower mashed potatoes add some bacon pieces, sour cream, and some cheddar cheese mix it.
Plate the cauliflower mashed potatoes with the pork chops and some sugar-free barbeque sauce on the side and have a great dinner.
