We give you a "calorie power" that you have never had.

Let's try to use reasoning and logic among everyone to make it easier to understand: - Is it the same 1 calorie at 1:00 pm that at 4:00 am?

  • Is the same 1 calorie of a carbohydrate (carbohydrate) that of a fat?
  • Is a cooked calorie the same as a raw calorie?
  • Is a hot calorie the same as a cold calorie?
  • Is the same calorie from a product that a food?
  • It is the same calorie of a product supposedly "light" that of an "entire" product

The answer would always be a huge. For our organism it is NOT the same.

Not one calorie is a calorie, nor does any source of macronutrients matter (the macronutrients are proteins, hydrates and fats)

Reason why we could draw a million conclusions about the thoughts we had wrong: - A "zero" calorie of a product is not better than a "real" calorie of a food.

  • It is not the same as you alter your hormonal environment eating at 4am because you went out with your friends and you were hungry, that you respect your internal clock.
  • A calorie of a potato is not the same as of a nougat (to give an example). Many people, out of dismay, are afraid of oats because they supposedly get fat and eat a nougat to train. - Many people count calories and macronutrients with mobile apps as if everything were the same and did not matter the examples, in the form of questions, that I did previously.

Anyway ... I think I have tried to be clear with my presentation and I do not pretend to sound boring.
