IMPORTANT VIRTUES/ATTRIBUTES OF A NURSE

As a nurse, I've always long to educate, enlighten, care, treat and show love to my patients in a kind, passionate and heartwarming way although some patients are difficult to understand and their wants are insatiable, but we nurses always try our best to attend to their medical needs to ensure a healthy life. Being a live saver and a health care provider is not an easy task as some relatives always transfer aggression to the health care provider but am grateful to God for helping us the cultivate these qualities which are: Love, Patience, Meekness, humility, and self-control. A nurse See's the beginning of life and the ending of life too. Before the doctors, the nurses are already there and after the doctors, nurses are equally there. That's why they said nurse are the heart while doctors are the brain because if the brain fails, the heart can manage but if the heart fails, the whole body has fallen apart.
A nurse needs to be cheerful and always wear a smiling face even when situations are difficult as patient's relatives always focus on the countenance of a nurse.
