Nearly ten months after a rare “head cold,” the septonomial puzzle pieces are coming together to provide another self-health lesson.
Sol-2-Soul my brothers and sisters. Welcome to one more day of perception battles. Izzit real, or is it Simulatrix?
Disclaimers. This is not medical advice. This is not medical information. This is a continuing exploration, provided by Universe and shared, for your consideration, and feedback, if you have any.
In our simulation, viruses do not exist. And contagion is a myth. Nonetheless, humans become, what we call, “sick.” Our body temperatures rise. This is what we call, “fevers.” This happens. And just because this stuff happens within the vessel, does not prove the existence of viruses. So, if we are going to 86 the belief in viruses and germ theory, we must come up with another, “theory.”
This is the challenge. Okay. Challenge accepted.
In the liminal space between 2025 & 2026 your humble vagabond experienced what we shall refer to as a “head-cold.” To us, it’s a detoxification event. But that takes too long to say and most of the herd will ask you what it means, and you end up saying, “head-cold” anyway. It wasn’t bad. Didn’t keep us in bed with a fever, nor did we have many elimination episodes, cold sweats or the symptoms that are expected with other types of seasonal ailments. We handled it as a detox event. Lots of liquids, water and tea, which is all we drink anyway. We fasted. Popped vitamin C, and our usual course of vitamins and such, and thought nothing of it.
We’d just joined a gym, literally at the end of December, and we were going pretty regularly. One day, in mid January, we missed the trolley and decided to walk the eight blocks to head it off on the westbound street, which would take us back to the Sanctuary Oasis. Then we felt the “grip.” Also known as the “bottleneck.” A tightness in the solar plexus area that slowed us down. We didn’t freak out. Somehow we knew we weren’t having a heart attack. We’d felt this sensation before, many years earlier. It shows up mostly when walking. We walk everywhere we can. Before this version of the bottleneck business, we had a solid walking range of 4 to 6 miles, which we’d hit every Sunday. The sensation came and went. Sometimes we could knock it down by drinking water, which we always have with us. This made us think it was dehydration.
The vessel, aka the body, (for the uninitiated), had more than its share of challenges this year. Beginning with the “head cold,” followed by a sore, swollen ankle, that we do not remember injuring. That took longer than we expected to heal, but it did heal. Then, we had skin outbreak we narrowed down to Keratosis pilaris, small rough bumps, often on the upper arms or thighs, caused by keratin blocking hair follicles.
Then, we had a bona fide injury because we were doing some inverted pushups, using dollar store pushup handles. We had our feet up high, on a low pull up bar. One of the pushup handles gave way and we tumbled. On the way down the big toe on the right foot hit the bar. We hobbled home, about 40 minutes to make the usually 30 minute walk. The next day it was bruised and swollen. We made daily videos just to watch it swell and heal. After a couple of weeks, or maybe three, the toe was healing fairly well, when some kid on an electric scooter, riding on the sidewalk nearly hit your humble pedestrian. We dodged the collision, but aggravated the injury. Several more weeks of healing. We never stopped training while the toe was healing. We just took it easy.
It wasn’t until this very month, that Mind wondered, “If We believed in Covid and viruses, We might think we had “Long Covid.”
This is where a handful of readers might get lost, or disgusted or something.
“How dare you not believe in viruses!”
The medical industrial complex is like a religion. Hell, it is a religion. Germs are its demons and chemicals are its Gods. Anyone who doesn’t believe is a heretic and they will be canceled, discredited, ridiculed and burned at the stake. It’s basically the same as it was with European Christians. Tarring and feathering was a form of ridicule, then they’d draw and quarter the heretic. Sounds artistic until you know what it is. Look it up. When you find out you will cringe, at the very least.
So I knew it wasn’t Long Covid because there’s no such thing. However to allay the ask-bot, We inquired if any of our symptoms had been associated with Long Covid. A few of them were. Of course we got paragraphs about post-viral this and that. Then we asked, how German New Medicine would approach these same symptoms. This particular chat-bot was clearly biased against GNM. We ignored it as long as we could. We did find some overlaps. Inflammation, swelling, slowed metabolism. These are all signs of the healing process. The difference… (I know there’s a lot being left out, but you were disclaimed, it’s not medical advice, or information, so medical, “specifics” and “conclusions” are left out.) The difference between believing one has “Long Covid,” and an extended healing from a detox event (head cold), or some unresolved emotional issues, including worry or grief, is the therapy. One involves meds and maybes, the other involves, at the risk of appearing hypocritical, “Faith.” Not the kind of faith that comes against a threat of burning in hell, but the faith that your vessel is self healing and self regulating, and all we have to do is stay out of the way and let it heal.
Getting out of the way of the vessel’s healing regimen meant drastically reducing our caffeine and sugar intake. That helped immensely. We cut that by 75-90% respectively. We fasted longer, and began a monthly practice of three days with zero sugar, tea and meat. (We talk about this in the Full Metal Ox series every month when we do it. We also chronicle it right here. It keeps us honest.)
What we learned is, regardless of the “diagnosis” of the cause of the symptoms, the vessel heals the same way. Toxic overload is going to require a clean up. There will be elimination, sweating, runny nose, flu symptoms. The vessel will shut down your sense of smell and taste so you won’t be tempted to eat. Starve a cold. It will reroute the energy you usually use to stand up and walk around, to healing itself after the toxic dump. This is why you can’t get out of bed, or off the sofa. And so on. You know the drill. It will turn up the heat, activating the sweating process. Feed a fever. The toxicity, dead cells, will come out with the sweat. It’s a very intelligent system.
Even if we did believe that viruses existed, we wouldn’t take meds, because there’s no need to. We did in the past, before we knew a better way. However, since 1996, we ever so slowly stopped putting toxic so-called “food” into our system. Year by year we stopped having these “toxic events,” which we were still calling, “colds,” or “stomach viruses.”
But it’s time for the, “anyway moment.”
Anyway, that’s it. “Long Covid” or “Long Healing,” earlier this year, or late last year the vessel suffered an “insult.” Our first clue was the “head cold,” the longest lasting symptom, the “bottleneck,” is still lingering, becoming weaker and weaker by the day. It takes greater and greater physical stress to activate it. It’s like in training, we can call it military training, every time you hit the wall, meaning training to the point of exhaustion, the wall is moved back a little bit further. Know what I mean?
If you have questions or comments, holla.
