Two salads

So the wife volunteered me to make my Uncle's favorite macaroni salad for our Saturday get together. Then my nephew @aaronthegoat guilted me into making my caprese quinoa salad.

First, what I call my Red Macaroni Salad (because chili powder). Ingredients;

And everything into a bowl for mixing.

Next, ingredients for the Caprese Quinoa Salad. Simply cooked and chilled quinoa, basil, grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella pearls dressed with home made balsamic vinegrette with fresh garlic.
