The whole band had been up since very early, and the weekend had given them a chance to rest, explore some parts of the city, and come up with new ideas. However, once again they arrived at that big studio. Yet, whenever they returned to the Apple Music studio, there was always that mix of excitement and nerves, since things were changing week after week; the good thing was that they were now a close-knit group of friends.
The studio filled with music once again, and Lucas began strumming a few chords on the guitar, while Richard kept the beat on the drums. Michelle was going over several sets of lyrics, and Tomás was listening intently to every detail to come up with new melodies. Then the phone rang—it turned out to be a call from Daniel, who needed to talk to everyone about something very important. He said, “I’ve just been informed that your visas for the United States are set to expire in just a few days.”
