The entire band remained on the vehicle; as they moved forward, the streets grew more colorful and crowded, yet inside, silence reigned—broken only by the sound of incoming phone notifications. Michelle checked her phone and saw more videos arriving; the footage showed the audience singing along while the band kept playing, despite the lighting issues. After watching the clips, she showed them to the other band members and said, "Look at this."
She placed the phone in the center of the vehicle, clearly revealing thousands of people singing and holding up their phones. Although some stage lights were flickering, the music played on, and the band continued performing without interruption. Lucas remarked, "That proves it wasn't a disaster," and the band agreed that the issue lay with the lighting, not the performance itself. The producer, who was still there, had an idea: they would gather all the videos to demonstrate, minute by minute, exactly what had happened during the concert.

Two hours later, the producer returned to the stage; the venue was completely empty, though a few technicians were still working. He approached a technician's computer, and they began reviewing the footage; the exact moment of the first malfunction was clearly visible, yet the show had kept going. Then, another technician came running over: "We found the source of the second malfunction." Meanwhile, back at the hotel, the band had gathered in one of the rooms.
Michelle had connected her computer to the TV and was reviewing the videos again—everything looked perfect. Lucas suggested, "Let's do something: let's put together a simple post showing clips of the concert from different angles, explaining that the band kept playing despite a lighting system failure." Once posted, comments started rolling in, and people began sharing their own videos, showing that everything had gone well. Just then, they received a message from the producer: "We now know what happened with the second malfunction. Don't post anything else until we talk." The entire band was taken aback; now, all they could do was wait for the producer to arrive so they could discuss the situation.
