Quite the day yesterday! Got the boys to school then was able to watch Pogi win another stage. Just insane how strong he is. I was wrong. I got started with the 2 standing planters and VERY quickly realized I was in for a task. Each one has about 60 bolt and wing nuts that had to be installed... I got a good rhythm going and figured out to install ALL the bolts and wing nuts THEN use the drill to tighten them all down. Still took about half an hour each. She felt bad I stayed so much longer and having no more cash on her offered a pair of winning scratchers as a bit of recompense. $35 between them ended up putting me near what it would have been if I charged hourly. AND I got a new client out of the deal as she will have a lot more projects in the future since her husband works long hours. I was done by 12:30 and managed to hit Wendy's for food and ate in the parking lot of therapist's office. I was texting with a new client working out the details of the chainlink gates she wants installed while we waited for his events. Got my clothes washed and put away then I made it to about 9pm before I was in bed and soon asleep. I kinda heard her come home. Up dumb early again this morning watching the cycling races now while I get this written. Boys to school in a bit, will go for a ride this morning while still cooler, order gate parts, check on garden and garlic, pick J up after track practice, and figure out dinner for the evening. ---
