I traveled to the Valley Market in Euhemeria to investigate someone selling stolen treasures from the Temple of Amun in Siwa. There, I met a young vendor named Kenthap. After following her to her camp, I saved her mother from bandits and received a rare weapon as gratitude.
I set out to investigate someone who was peddling stolen treasures from the Temple of Amun in Siwa. The reports led me to the Valley Market in Euhemeria, where the merchant’s stall was hidden beneath a cluster of bird nests high on the mountain.
As I neared the location, I called upon Senu to survey the market from above. I quickly spotted the target stall nestled among the bustling merchants on the elevated mountainside, allowing me to plan my route.
I mounted my horse and rode up the winding path that led straight into the Valley Market. The market was alive with people, but I kept my focus entirely on finding the specific merchant.
Once I reached the stall, I began inspecting the items on display, starting with a small statue. Bayek noted that while it looked authentic, it was actually a fake, though the young stall owner stubbornly insisted it was genuine.
I then let Bayek spoke directly with the young girl. Bayek inquired about higher quality treasures, Kenthap offered to take him to her family's camp nearby where the better items were kept.
I began following Kenthap as she led the way down toward her camp. As we walked, Kenthap proudly explained that her treasures were not truly fake, but rather skilled imitations crafted by her mother.
Our walk was suddenly interrupted when we reached the canal near her camp. Kenthap gasped in terror as we spotted a group of heavily armed bandits who had captured her mother on the opposite bank.
Bayek immediately instructed Kenthap to stay hidden and safe while he handled the threat. I quickly commandeered a small boat nearby and rowed across the canal to confront the captors.
I leapt ashore and initiated a fierce battle against the bandits, who proved to be well-trained and resilient. During the battle, Senu swooped down to distract one of the attackers, giving me the opening I needed to strike.
I eliminated the remaining bandits one by one, finishing off the final fighter whom Senu had kept occupied, and cleared the entire camp.
With the threat eliminated, I rushed over to untie Kenthap's mother and set her free. Kenthap ran over to join us, eagerly telling her mother that Bayek was a friend who had come to help them.
Grateful for her rescue, the mother insisted on rewarding Bayek, explaining that they always repaid acts of kindness. She presented Bayek with a genuine imitation Siwan Khopesh, a rare sickle sword that was no longer crafted.
With the family safe and the reward accepted, the quest came to a successful conclusion. Senu swooped down gracefully and rested on Bayek’s arm as we stood at the peaceful camp.
I'll show more of my photographic journey of the games soon, so stay tuned to my blog if you liked them.
