Water your Garden- aka your Organs.

Drinking water upon waking is a wholesome habit that does the body good!

'

Have you ever thought about what your body is actually going through while you sleep? Many of us abuse our bodies which I liken to our temples because its a sacred dwelling space for the force that creates all things. This force call it what you may, is a set apart, precious, life-giving energy. We cannot come close to even understanding it but we do know it lives in all created things. I will refer to this energy as Light but you may know it as Chi or Prana. This is also known by the abstract word "God". While our bodies sleep, this light goes into action by activating our organs detoxifying functions for what they were created for. Our glands as well as our organs such the liver and kidneys go into a diastolic state. During this detoxifying stage our body goes through a dialysis process and cleans the blood while we are sleeping, our bodies use up a lot of water and is sweated out.shutterstock_3870004.jpg Our organs need to be replenished with water to allow the body to shed the toxins out. Have you ever noticed how yellow or orange your urine is when you first wake up? That is because of the cleansing your liver, and kidneys and other organs have done for you. While we sleep, they are cleaning our temples and they rely on us to give them more water for proper function during the day. Our organs and glands are all part of our inner garden. And like any garden, proper watering is required for good fruit. The fruit or actions we produce during the day is tied to how well our glands, and organs are functioning. I cannot stress enough that our temples are sacred and instead of abusing it we should work with it and take care of it. This is a very simple first step take in a journey of wellness. We have to start somewhere and watering your garden every morning is an excellent starting point.
