Hi daddies and mommies, how are the days off from school and having your little ones at home all day? In my case Alys is on vacation from school since two weeks ago, Abby still goes to her classes with her psychopedagogue twice a week but nevertheless the rest of the days of the week she did some activities with both of them and when Alys is alone with me some homework in an activity book.
My aunt gave my little girls some colored chalks as a gift on children's day, since that day painting with chalks has become their favorite activity in these first weeks of vacation, they like to draw or paint with other materials such as crayons, markers or tempera, I liked this gift because they can continue using their imagination and creativity but in a larger space like a blackboard or in our case on the floor of the patio of the house that can be used as a huge blackboard so they can capture everything they want to do and it is ideal for this.
On the first day playing with the chalk, I drew for the girls a pisé, I had not done one for years, it brought back many memories of my childhood when I played in front of my grandmother's house with my friends and cousins who lived on the same street, my mom patiently explained to Alys how to play because Abby did not find the game very interesting, At first she didn't understand that she had to jump with only one foot in the first three numbers of the game but then she understood how she had to do it, then Alys wanted to draw her own footprint and I let her do it, while Abby was drawing somewhere else.
In the following days, the girls got more creative, they drew dolls, clouds and a sun and doodles full of colors and a lot of joy were captured, also a huge Rapunzel with long blue hair and a pink dress, I think it's great that they are making such nice drawings, I even helped them with some of them.
Now I only think about getting more chalk for the rest of the vacations because they are already running out and I think they are the thickest and most durable chalk because they do not break easily which allows you to take each one with strength and make each stroke of your drawings without breaking like the thin ones, the only way to break them is by dropping them.
I will continue to show you later other activities that I will be doing with the girls that I have prepared for these vacations to make them a little fun and not so boring, most of them will be at home but with the same excitement.

Hola papis y mamis, ¿Cómo van los días libres de clases y teniendo en casa todo el día de sus pequeños? En mi caso Alys está de vacaciones de la escuela desde hace dos semanas, Abby sigue yendo a sus clases con su psicopedagoga dos veces a la semana pero sin embargo el resto de los días de la semana realizó algunas actividades con las dos y cuando Alys está sola conmigo algunas tareas en un libro de actividades.
Mi tía le regalo a mis pequeñas unas tizas de colores en el día del niño, desde ese día pintar con tizas se ha vuelto su actividad favorita en éstas primeras semanas de vacaciones de por sí a ellas les gusta dibujar o pintar con otros materiales como creyones, marcadores o temperas, este obsequio me gustó bastante porque así ellas pueden seguir utilizando su imaginación y creatividad pero en un espacio más amplio como alguna pizarra o en nuestro caso en el piso del patio de la casa que puede ser empleado como una enorme pizarra para que puedan plasmar todo lo que deseen hacer y es ideal para esto.
En el primer día jugando con las tizas, dibuje para las niñas un pisé, tenía años que no hacía uno me trajo muchos recuerdos de mi infancia cuando jugaba frente a la casa de mi abuela con mis amiguitos y primos que vivían en la misma calle, mi mamá pacientemente le explicó a Alys como se jugaba porque a Abby no le pareció muy interesante el juego, al principio no entendía que debía saltar con un solo pie en los primeros tres números del juego pero después fue entendiendo como tenía que hacerlo, luego Alys quiso dibujar su propio pisé y yo dejé que lo hiciera, mientras Abby dibujaba en otra parte.
En los días siguientes, las niñas se pusieron más creativas se encargaron de dibujar muñecas, nubes y un sol y garabatos llenos de colores y de mucha alegría quedaban plasmados, también una enorme Rapunzel con un cabello largo y azul además acompañado de tener un vestido rosado, me parece grandioso que estén haciendo dibujos tan lindos que hasta yo les ayude con algunos.
Ahora solo pienso en conseguir más tiza para el resto de las vacaciones porque ya estás se están agotando y eso que son de las más gruesas y duraderas me parecen excelentes ya que no se rompen con facilidad lo cuál permite que tomen cada una con fuerza y realizando cada trazo de sus dibujos sin quebrarse como las finas, la única manera de que se rompan es dejándolas caer.
Seguiré mostrándoles más adelante otras actividades que estaré realizando con las niñas que tengo preparadas para éstas vacaciones para hacerlas un poco divertidas y no tan aburridas, la mayoría serán en la casa pero con la misma emoción.
