Today I want to share with all of you the joy of returning to the practice of my profession, if you have read me constantly you know that I am a dentist but I was not practicing because I decided to devote myself to motherhood full time this was a temporary decision and not definitive, also I had not been lucky in finding employment in recent years so the opportunity presented itself and the universe took care of giving me the opportunity and the means to be back today.
A few months ago I began to feel that there was an imbalance within my being, I do many things that I am passionate about such as cooking, motherhood, writing and traveling but I felt that something was missing regarding my professional side, so with the help of a colleague who informed me about a vacancy available in a care center, I brought my resume on a Thursday and was given a series of requirements that I had to submit the next day, I had less than 24 hours to make copies of everything and take some blood tests, but I was able to get everything in just in time and it was worth the run.
For me it has been difficult to leave the girls in my mom's care in the mornings, but I know that I must resume my professional life for my sake and theirs too, because if I am perfect they will be too, although it is quite exhausting to get home to help Alys with her homework and organize everything for the next day.
On my first day I met the work site, the staff that would accompany me in my work and I made an inventory of all the instruments and equipment that I was receiving in the dental service, it was a hard task to count each one and verify that I did not miss any at the time of writing it down.
Then it was time for my psycho-technical test in the company of three other co-workers, it was my first time doing a test of this type, it lasted about three hours and had different stages among which included drawing and developing a story of a character, drawing some shapes and figures, answering a questionnaire, completing patterns and finally an interview in which I was asked questions about my personal life.
Basically that was the whole morning of that day, I will be telling you soon how everything is going but I must tell you that it feels good to resume my dreams and professional goals.

Hace algunos meses empec茅 a sentir que hab铆a un desequilibrio dentro de mi ser, pues hago muchas cosas que me apasionan como cocinar, la maternidad, escribir y viajar pero sent铆a que faltaba algo con respecto a mi parte profesional, as铆 que con ayuda de una colega que me inform贸 acerca de una vacante disponible en un centro asistencial, introduje mis documentos y me llamaron, pero fue algo tan r谩pido que ni cuenta me d铆, llev茅 mi curr铆culum un d铆a jueves me dieron una serie de requisitos que deb铆a entregar al otro d铆a ten铆a menos de 24 horas para sacarle copias a todo y hacerme algunos ex谩menes de sangre, pero pude llevar todo justo a tiempo y vali贸 la pena la corredera.
Para mi ha sido dif铆cil dejar a las ni帽as a cuidado de mi mam谩 por las ma帽anas, pero se que debo retomar mi vida profesional por mi bien y el de ellas tambi茅n, porque si yo estoy perfecta ellas tambi茅n lo estar谩n, aunque es bastante agotador llegar a casa para ayudar a Alys con sus tareas y organizar todo para el d铆a siguiente.
En mi primer d铆a conoc铆 el sitio de trabajo, al personal que me acompa帽ar铆an en mi trabajo y realic茅 inventario de todo el instrumental y equipo que estaba recibiendo en el servicio odont贸logico, fue una ardua tarea contar cada uno y verificar que no se me escapara ninguno al momento de anotar.
Luego lleg贸 el momento de realizar mi prueba psicot茅cnica en compa帽铆a de otros tres compa帽eros de trabajo, era mi primera vez haciendo una prueba de este tipo, duro aproximadamente tres horas y tuvo distintas etapas entre las cu谩les se inclu铆a dibujar y desarrollar una historia de un personaje, trazar unas formas y figuras, responder un cuestionario, completar patrones y finalmente una entrevista en la cu谩l me realizaron preguntas de mi vida personal.
B谩sicamente esa fue toda la ma帽ana de ese d铆a, les estar茅 diciendo pr贸ximamente como va todo pero debo decirles que vaya que se siente bien retomar mis sue帽os y metas profesionales.
