Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. It seems that talking about health needs to be thought of as a whole. Both physically and mentally. If the psyche is healthy, then the body is healthy too. Both go hand in hand. So, what do we do to be healthy? I have said many times, if I am trying to get out of depression. I feel like I want to be angry with the situation.
From 2023 to 2024 I have lost a lot. Starting from my partner, my mother and my job. At the same time, I also lost myself. I stood on other people's feet, stood on other people's desires and was tired for a long time. Before that year, I felt happy.
At the end of last year, I had the desire to end my life. Then, for the past year in 2024, I felt very tired and felt like I had no purpose in life. I lived other people's desires in my body. Currently, I am taking several healing classes, one thing I have learned is to accept and forgive all the events and people who have hurt me.
Letting go of all the emotional baggage that we have, fear, anger, resentment and desire. Well, emotional baggage in the present or emotions since I was a child. From a number of healings that I have done, if all emotional baggage is not released, it will happen again with different conditions and people. It will pile up and make us tired at one time.
Avoiding emotions or expressing emotions by getting angry is not the solution. The only thing is to release emotional baggage without hurting the people around you. From my experience, the most important thing is to be mentally healthy. If our psyche is not healthy, it will affect our physical health.
At least, I can laugh and smile again now. In dark times, I find it difficult to laugh and I always feel gloomy. Even though we have tried to eat healthy foods, vitamins and others, mental health must still be maintained. The next is exercise and sufficient protein and health.
Before the pandemic, my body weight was almost 70 kilograms. In that condition, I was often tired too. We need to move our bodies. Exercise is the next thing we need for our bodies. At least walk 10,000 steps. Then, sufficient protein and fiber coverage prevents us from being hungry. Enough protein will make us feel full longer.
So is fiber for our body. So that our body's metabolism is maximized. When my weight reached 70 kilograms, it was really difficult for me to lose weight. Now, after I gradually maintain my mental health, then maintain my diet and exercise enough.
It turns out, I can reach my ideal weight. My weight, managed to reach 52 kilograms. I can laugh again, rediscover myself. That's all I can say, what do you think, do you agree? Hopefully we have different views and can complement each other. Then, see you in the next story.
