It was not a beer in my taste because it was a little bitter ... but then I had no pork or lamb to taste without quite tasteless nuts. Maybe I should have followed the taste advice and had ribs for the beer?
Ahlafors Breweries
At the end of 1994, the idea was raised among beer enthusiasts in Ale Municipality to investigate the possibility of starting a microbrewery (about the brewery). Alafors, a society founded on the creation of a spinning mill in 1855.
It is also in this magnificent building that the company conducts its business. The first product Ahlafors Ljusa was launched at Systembolaget in June 1996.
About our beers
Ahlafors Breweries products are all whole malt beer and we always use fresh hops. Crafty basics (the German laws of purity) and small-scale methods are part of the secret behind our good drinks.
