When I look back, I see my feelings of Worry and Fear

Thanks to the feelings, I have learned the value of Hope.

When I look back, I see my feelings of Stress and Depression.

Thanks to the feelings, I have learned the value of Happiness.

When I look back, I see my feelings of Anger and Hatred.

Thanks to the feelings, I have learned the value of Forgiveness.

When I look back, I see my feelings of Doubt and Betrayal.

Thanks to the feelings, I have learned the value of Faith.

When I look back, I see my feelings of Guilt and Shame.

Thanks to the feelings, I have learned the value of Integrity.

When I look back, I see my feelings of loss and failure.

Thanks to the feelings , I learned the value of Success.

When I look back, I see the dark side of my life.

Thanks to my habit of looking back, I have learned the true essence of life.
