When I say "released" something, I do not mean "to make it go."
NO...
When I say I'm letting something in me get loose, I mean-
Let him go free! Be what he wants! Stop holding it ...
That he could move where he wanted to, say whatever he wanted to say,
To feel exactly how he feels ... to live.

When I let go - let's say, some anger-I stop tying him up inside me,
holding him tied up in the basement, with a masking tape on his mouth, Wrinkled and suffocated.
Let him express himself.

Then, it's not it's gone or anything like that,
But yes, something is changing.
Because instead of feeling suffocated, silenced, cluttered,
All this energy becomes flow, living, creating, expressing, Joy and freedom...

I did not "do" anything to it.
It did it on his own - he was just himself.
I was just myself.
I just stopped trying to "control" some inner voice, or try to change it...
I just let go, Just released him.
