You've probably heard about sites like Wish.com and Cute, which also host apps with the same name, plus other mobile and internet shopping apps for different types of merchandise. I am here to give you my honest review after many purchases spanning over a few years time!

My all time favourite site to buy Makeup (when they have it) is Groupon. But let's take a look back at Wish.
Wish app

Wish is an Oriental based market with many different vendors often selling the same merchandise, so you can have hundreds of listings for very similar items all varying in cost by a few dollars.
Wish is known for selling cheap items, and Cute is mainly known for cheap makeup. I've ordered a few different items some in bulk and some just single items, but the bottom line is this; don't buy it unless there are enough reviews to prove the legitimacy and value of the product. Some listings are for much cheaper made items and it's not easy to tell right away.
I bought a few eyebrow gels that were supposed to be 24 hrs strong and they were! Great pigment and rave reviews for this item. Then there was a gel eyeliner I purchased. This "gel" actually never dried when applied. Like never.

There is an upside to shopping with apps like Wish. Wish says if you can wait for the shipping, the cheap product is yours from clothing to watches and accessories to kitchen items. Let's say you wait.... and wait and wait.. and the product comes. Or doesn't. But it's late. You are fully entitled to a refund if you know how to ask for one. I get almost half of my orders refunded due to late shipping and still receive the item! So it's not such a big deal when I get a flop piece of merchandise.
