Hans has paused his job and studies. Nina has paused her job. We have given up on our apartment and sold most of our stuff. We bought some camera equipment and ordered some flight tickets. So, are you now ready to hear the plan?

In the middle of June we will leave our beautiful apartment in the even more beautiful city of Trondheim, to visit some (maybe) even more beautiful places! Our first destination will be our neighbouring country Sweden, where we will spend about a day in its capital Stockholm, waiting for our next flight. From there our next flight will bring us to Singapore. As the prices here are said to be quite over our budget, we plan to stay there for just a day or two. We don’t really have any specific plans, but we want to see something special, something that will impress us. Any suggestions? If anyone has been there or even lives there and have some good ideas, we will appreciate to hear about them. Or even better, maybe someone who lives there wants to meet and show us around a bit? In return you will be very much welcomed in our at the moment not existing home in Norway. Sounds like a good deal, right?

So then, after some above average nice people have showed us the beauty of Singapore, we will travel further to Malaysia. There we plan to accidentaly meet and get in touch with some very nice Malaysian people and learn how to survive by ourself on the island of Borneo. Recently Nina figured out that some governments actually discourage traveling to some areas of Sabah, which made her doubt quite a lot about this destination, as it was quite close. After some more research, some more what, where and why , also Nina agreed to join. So, if we despite Nina's doubt survive this, our next destination will be Sri Lanka.

Sri Lanka is Hans his country of birth and therefore Nina’s dream destination for years. Hans is mainly going there for the food. Every time he is talking about all the delicious food we will taste there, he looks like in heaven. The food is known to be quite spicy, so it will be interesting to see how Nina will handle that.
Apart from eating a lot, we plan to visit the wonderful nature and hopefully get to see a lot of Sri Lankas impressive animals.
Hans plans to search for snakes, which he believe that Nina will hold so he can make some perfect pictures of it. Keep this in mind when you will see those pictures!
After this we will both head back to Stockholm and then Trondheim. While Nina has to work for a few weeks, Hans will continue his travel to Latvia to participate in the Latvian Classic Music Festival. He startet participating this festival some years ago and now even arranging his own project with improvisation there. In the end of this festival Nina will come visit to see the result and we will spend a few more days together before Nina has to finish her last weeks with work and Hans will continue his journey to Iceland. The main reason for Hans to go to Iceland is because his composition was selected to be played at the New Music Festival in Reykjavik.
Then we will again continue our travel together. We will meet each other in Ireland to spend about a week in it’s nature. Spain and Portugal are the next destinations on the list. There we have rented a car and plan to drive around, camping and admire the beauty of the nature and animal life. In the end of this journey we will attend a wedding of some friends in Alicante.

Nepal next. Here we were lucky to manage to arrange another Heritage Project. For a week we will spend our time with a lot of kids to arrange a spectacular music and teather show that will be performed at the Tihar fesitval in Nepal. Imagine being a part of that! A lot of traditions, music, dances and last, but not least colours. This cannot be anything less than fabulous and unique!

After also travelling around in Nepal for some more weeks, we will part again. Nina will head back home to Norway, while Hans will again visit Sri Lanka, where he has his own plans. Maybe he will share those another day.
Anyway, from this point our home will be no where. Or maybe everywhere. At least we look very much forward to share our further stories and hope you do too. Feel free to post your questions, recommandations on what to do or see in each of our destinations, or just share your good or bad experiences from these destinations. We would appreciate it a lot!!
