Greetings my dear gardeners, it has been a while since I posted in this community and I confess that I have my garden quite neglected, during the pandemic I had enough time to take care of it, now that winter has started it is more complicated to maintain the weeds grow very fast because of the constant rains you have to spend time, a few days ago the neighbor sprayed a poison for the weeds even though the rains continue, it has not grown.

Of course, I spray the poison in the surrounding area so that the weeds do not cover the garden.

The last time I posted I think it was when I planted sunflowers I had been sad because I thought the seeds were damaged I did not see any sprouts, but the last month it has rained every day and although my garden is neglected my biggest surprise that germinated three plants, of course they are not giants my neighbor tells me they are dwarf sunflowers, but I am happy for the fidelity of my garden.

The positive thing about winter is that the garden greens the plants become beautiful, in my garden there are some medicinal plants like the one called acetaminophen when there is fever, headache or general malaise, two leaves in a cup of water and ready, this last month it has grown to the sides, look how beautiful it is.

Another medicinal plant that is leafy with the winter is the malojillo, it has curative effects for viral processes, during the pandemic it was the salvation for the house and the neighbors, it was ugly of so much that it was used, but it became green again, the winter exerts its power of growth on the plants.

The yerbabuena is blooming again it had dried up, there are some hands that harvest in other people's land, this plant has multiple benefits for seasoning, to prepare drinks, it is growing again it is getting beautiful, we have to wait a little longer to use it.

Today I noticed that there are many butterflies and bees fluttering around the garden feeding on the flowers I think that is also due to the winter migrating from their habitat here are some flowering plants that became beautiful.

There is also the Aniceto plant with healing properties, I use it a lot when I have stomach problems, it also received the benefits of winter, its leaves are large, the only one I have not been able to grow is the oreganito, my brother who has a large plant in his house was explaining me how to plant it.

The bad thing about winter is the weeds that grow very fast and the amount of snails that come out as if under the ground and eat the leaves of sunflowers and ended with the beautiful flowers of the eleven is difficult to kill them because there are many, during the summer are not seen only in winter.

I have to take the time to remove the brush that grows in the places where no weed poison has been applied, to prevent my faithful and warrior sunflowers from being damaged.

So neglected is my little garden but so faithful despite the weeds it is bearing fruit. Thanks to the winter that has made if part.
