La frustración no es más que el sentimiento que provoca una presión entre pecho y espalda, cuando no consigues aquello por lo que tanto has trabajado o por el contrario por decepción, la frustración desencadena otros sentimientos como tristeza, depresión, malestar, etc., pues así es como me siento hoy siento que corrí y nunca llegué a la meta, sé que las situaciones pueden cambiar para bien, pero ese sabor a frustración es inevitable no sentirlo.

Últimamente la situación económica me tiene muy estresada sin embargo trato de ser positiva y agradecida con lo que tengo, es verdad tengo sueños personales y familiares que me gustaría cumplir y cada vez lo veo más lejos, salgo a caminar está actividad me ayuda muchísimo por momentos olvidó los problemas pero sobre todo me hace sentirme feliz.

Hoy definitivamente estoy en modo frustración, fui a trabajar en transporte público, tuve que caminar, bueno ese no sería el problema, pero después de tanto esfuerzo por reparar mi carro, lleva dos semanas parado porque se dañó la batería y qué creen que no tengo para comprar una y sin esperanza de poder comprarla por ahora, eso me tiene frustrada, molesta, triste son tantos sentimientos encontrados, toda una vida trabajando y llegar a un nivel de no tener que comprar una batería es frustrante.
