Goodbye Summer! Hello Fall!
In the previous post I shared my Summer 2021. memory collection - the most memorable moments that happened over the past few months. It was such a nice way to end the Summer so now I want to do something to welcome the new season. I have shared seasonal bucket lists so many times during my blogging experience so why not welcome Fall with another one. :)
Let's start:
- farmer's market visit
this is something I think it would be fun to do on a nice fall day when it's not too cold or rainy, walking around the farmer's market and possibly find something to buy. Since this is something I hardly ever do, it would be a new thing for me. I will have to do some research to see if there are interesting markets planned for fall in my city.
- go for a walk in the park
Fall is probably my favorite season when it comes to colors of nature. I love when it's all green and bright in the summer but there's something about fall colors that is absolutely stunning! I would love to go for a walk in the park, look around and admire the beauty. Plus it's free! :)
- library visit
since I am planning to finally finish University after a long break, I guess I won't have a lot of time to read but I still want to visit library occasionally and pick up a book every now and then.
- have a movie marathon
this one is reserved for rainy, gloomy weather when I feel like being lazy and cozy. Snacks are a must for a movie marathon so I'll make sure to have them ready as well. When it comes to movie choices, I am not sure what I'll feel like watching in that moment - Marvel movies are my favorite and most watched so I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with some of those. Lord of the rings and Harry Potter are also good options... For all these movies I'll probably need more than one movie marathon though, haha.
- take myself on a (coffee) date
I did this for the first time ever this summer and it was close to where I live, in a cafe by the river. To "level up" this time I want to take myself on a date in the city. I would probably go for a coffee and bring a book or journal so I have something to do and make it a more comfortable experience.
- bake
I used to bake a lot more and it would be nice to bring it back this fall/winter. I think I'll go for banana bread muffins (actually craving them as I'm writing this) and apple crisp. Those seem suitable for the season and easy to make.
- find the perfect fall sweater
there's a lot of second hand stores around the city now so I'll check those first as I would like to find a nice, cozy sweater or maybe more than one if the offer and price is good. I really need those as I basically don't have a proper fall sweater, lol.
Bullet journal spread:
Of course I had to make a pen and paper version of my this bucket list as well. I love when I can check things off as I complete them no matter if it's something like this or just an every day to-do task. I kept the spread quite simple - just an image from magazine, simple title and a black pen. I don't have a lot of space to write down any details but maybe I'll be able to squeeze in dates and a few important notes. I have these cool silver and gold gel pens I won in a giveaway together with some other supplies, I thought that gold would be suitable for Fall so I used it to underline the title and I might use it to decorate the spread a little bit more as I keep coming back to it but for now, I like the simplicity of it.
