Hello everyone is another day, how are you all doing I hope you all are doing wonderfully well to I made breadfruit (ukwa) with fig leaf
Fig leaf is a leaf popularly know as hospital is to far. We call it hospital is to far because it helps to build blood and breadfruit also helps to build blood.

MATERIALS USED
3 cups of breadfruit
5 stems of fig leaf
Salt to taste
5 piece of fresh pepper
1/4 cup of red oil
Water.

PROCEDURE
This process is very easy and simple.
I will wash my breadfruit and put in my pot and cook.

Cooking breadfruit is always a very long cook because breadfruit takes time to done and best enjoyed when it is soft.
Once my breadfruit is soft I will now add my red oil, salt, pepper.

I will now wash and slice my fig leaf (hospital is too far) and add and stir very well.
