Greetings to this great community of plant power vagan am very excited to be here today with a new recipe I made for my kids for lunch.
Waking up so early to prepare kids for school is not an easy thing and not all the time you will have strength to wake early.
So yesterday morning I woke up very late and don't know what to cook so I quickly grab my macaroni with veggies that we make the food looks appetizing and why I grab macaroni is because in less than tem minutes my macaroni will be done.
Note that this meal is not for only lunch you can use it for breakfast and also for dinner.
INGREDIENTS USED
1 park of macaroni
Salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon of dry Pepper
3 Fresh Tomatoes
10 piece Green beans
1 Green pepper
1 medium Onion
1/4 cup of Groundnut oil
1 spoon full of tomato paste
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will empty my park of macaroni in a clean pot add water and cook.
In a minute I will now pour my macaroni in a sieve so the water use in parboiling will go away.
I will now wash my green pepper and green beans and slice them.
I will also wash my tomatoes and onions and slice them too.
In a clean and dry pot I will put my groundunt oil.
Once my groundunt oil is hot I will now first put salt.
And add my slice onions.
I will now add my fresh tomatoes and stir till the tomatoes dry water I will now add my tomato paste and stir very well.
So after that I will now add my green beans and green pepper.
And stir very well.
I will now add my dry pepper.
And I will now add water.
And add my macaroni that is in the seive.
I will now stir them together.
In the next 8_9 minutes my yummy macaroni is done.
I garnish my macaroni with fresh tomatoes.
Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting and the taste is topnotch and my kids were very happy because they are having a different thing today.
