Today I made this delicious meal honey beans with my coconut 馃ゥ milk.
We have been enjoying our coconut with so many things but today I decided to enjoy my coconut milk with honey beans and it turns out very delicious and has this special taste it added to my meal.
INGREDIENTS USED
1 coconut
3 cups of honey beans
5 piece of fresh pepper
1 medium onion
Salt to taste
1/2 cup of red oil
Water.
PROCEDURE
Here is the simple process I used in cooking my delicious honey beans with coconut milk.
I will first select my beans,by removing the chaff and the spoilt ones.
Here am done selecting my beans I will now put them into my pot add water and parboil.
I will cook for some minutes I will not bring it down and drain the remaining water and set aside.
I will now open my coconut remove them from the Shell cut them into pieces I will now wash and blend after blending I will now drain the water and set aside.
Here is the water.
I will now put my beans into my pot instead of add water I will now add my coconut milk cover and allow to get done.
Note if the coconut milk is not enough you can add water but my was enough so I didn't add water.
While waiting for my beans to get done I will now wash and pound my fresh pepper, wash and slice my onion.
Now my beans is soft I will add salt, add my onions and my red oil and stir I will also add my fresh pepper and stir cover for some minutes.
Here is the result of my coconut honey beans.
Look at this dish is very attractive and the taste is topnotch and has a very nice flavor.
