So why is this service any better than, spaminator, buildawhale and the many others?
Because this service is not controlled by a single person or group. Hive users can report bad behaver by using our service commands and when a user have been reported 5 or more times by different users, 3 NightWatchers will review the accounts manually and act upon it.
By acting, we mean warn, whitelist, downvote and in rare cases we will contact the witnesses.
How does it work?
To report bad behaver, make a comment like this to one of our posts:

Can I see if I’m on the list and for what reason?
Yes! To see if you are on our list and for what reason, use the following command in a comment to one of our posts:
STATUS
Can I become a NightWatcher for manually review the reported issues?
Yes! If your reputation is above 40, you can sign up for issues reviewing. Use the command:
SIGNUP
And to leave the group again, the command is:
LEAVE
Can I get off the blacklist?
Yes, accounts added will only be on the list for a certain amount of time depending on the reported issue
