Relax back and grab the reasons behind it

There's more to yawning than what most people think. There are several theories behind it. Here are the four most common theories responsible for it.

The brain-cooling theory: this is talking about cooling down of the brain it is known that cool brains can think more clearly and effectively, hence yawning is developed to keep us alert.

The physiological theory: This is when we yarn to draw in more oxygen or to remove carbon dioxide.

This theory helps explain why we yawn in groups. Larger groups produce more carbon dioxide, which means our bodies would act to draw in more oxygen and get rid of the excess carbon dioxide. However, if our bodies make us yawn to draw in needed oxygen, wouldn't we yawn)

The Evolution theory:
There's a thinking that yawning started from our ancestors who used it to show up their teeth and intimidate others. It serve as a sign for us to change what we are doing.

The boredom theory: it is done to remove boredom. But much justification are not revealed here.

OK now, let's check our why seeing someone yawn might make us yawn as well.

It is as a result of autism which is a disorder that affects a people social interaction method, it is the ability to empathize with others.
