Had a heck of A-day yesterday. Why did the certify somebody at work that was contested. Is always hard when emotions take part in a process like that Who is pretty cut-and-dry them boy sailed to do required steps but it always stinks when something like that happens. All we can do is column as we CM and ensure employees get properly trained to be requirements. Have Apps are take new job 1st call as UCM but not forget to take care of those people that work with 4 and a love you.
