Feliz a帽o nuevo comunidad 馃帄馃帄馃帄 A帽o nuevo me insita a experimentar en comunidades nuevas y esta vez les traigo contenido para los amantes del automovilismo y la mec谩nica.
This story started yesterday when the car mechanic heard the sound of the engine. He automatically told us that the engine was fused, imagine how ugly it sounded. Before getting into the subject, I would like to inform you that here in Cuba cars have the same or more value than houses, old cars, modern cars are not even dreaming about it, unless they are the children of mom or dad. This story is about my uncle's car, which is the one I drive. A Fiat 125, better known as a "Polaquito" here.
Esta historia empez贸 ayer cuando el mec谩nico del carro oy贸 el sonido del motor. Autom谩ticamente nos dijo que el motor estaba fundido, imag铆nense que feo sonaba. Antes de entrar en materia les informo que ac谩 en Cuba los carros tienen igual o m谩s valor que las casas, los carros antiguos, los modernos ni so帽ar con eso a no ser hijos de pap谩 o mam谩. Esta historia es con el carro de mi t铆o, que es con el cual yo me muevo. Un Fiat 125, m谩s conocido como un "Polaquito" ac谩.
The first step we did was to wedge the box with wood so that it would not fall and spill the oil from it, this also allowed us to remove the small bridge that holds the engine. The ideal was to do it with a skid jack, because when we lifted it, with just running it, the engine came out by itself without effort, but we didn't have it and we had to adapt, as Cubans we are, problems can not exceed our capacity for creativity 馃槀馃槀馃槀馃槀.
El primer paso que hicimos fue calzar la caja con maderas para que no se cayera y derramara el aceite de la misma, esto tambi茅n nos permit铆a sacar el peque帽o puentesito que aguanta el motor. Lo ideal era hacerlo con gato de pat铆n, ya que cuando lo levantamos, con correrlo sal铆a el motor solo sin esfuerzos, pero no ten铆amos y tuvimos que adaptarnos, como cubanos que somos, los problemas no pueden sobrepasar nuestra capacidad de creatividad 馃槀馃槀馃槀.
Once outside we mounted it on top of a box so that the mechanic 馃О could disassemble it completely. These cars are very old and many may not know them, I have heard that they are very good, but my impression and experience so far is the opposite, nothing else has given us problems and wasted 馃О money. I hope that when it is leveled up I will be able to say, I was wrong.
Una vez afuera lo montamos arriba de una caja para que el mec谩nico 馃О pudiera desarmarlo completo. Estos carros son bien antiguos y puede que muchos no los conozcan, seg煤n he o铆do dicen que son buen铆simos, pero mi impresi贸n y experiencia hasta ahora es todo lo contrario, nada m谩s nos ha dado problemas y gastadera de 馃 dinero. Espero que cuando se anivele poder decir, estaba equivocado.
Continuing with the subject, the mechanic removed the block cap with a little work, but nothing out of the ordinary. He could see that this little engine was already repaired with a 79 millimeters Ladas car repair, fortunately, because the original parts for these cars are very expensive and there are none.
Siguiendo con el tema, el mec谩nico retiro la tapita del block con un poquito de trabajo, pero nada fuera de lo com煤n. Se pudo dar cuenta que est茅 motorcito estaba reparado ya con una reparaci贸n de carros Ladas a 79 mil铆metros por suerte, porque las piezas originales de estos carros son muy caras y no hay.

At this point, we moved to the backyard to continue disassembling the victim, removing the alternator and crankcase. We removed the chains and other parts and we were already inside the engine. Forgive my inexperience in this area, but I don't know much about mechanics. The post was to illustrate the process since the automotive world, to those who like it, is a relic that they will appreciate.
Llegados a este punto, nos mudamos para el patio trasero, para seguir desarmando a la v铆ctima, proseguimos quit谩ndole el alternador y el c谩rter. Quitamos las cadenas y y otras piezas y ya est谩bamos en el interior del motor. Disculpen mi inexperiencia en este 谩mbito, pero no conozco mucho de mec谩nico. El post fue para ilustrar el proceso ya que el mundo este del automovilismo, a los que les gusta, les es una reliquia que agradecer谩n.
Once the engine was completely disassembled, it was time for the defect. Thank goodness 馃檹 nothing was melted and were sets of movements that were on the crankshaft and some seals in poor condition. Now we just have to find all those original parts to assemble them and go out to test it. We do not clean the parts or anything, because in this country you spend a month without getting the parts as 6 months. Once we have what we need, we will proceed to the assembly which I will be treating you to enjoy it.
Ya desarmado completo el motor, fue tiempo de la defectacion. Gracias a dios 馃檹 no estaba fundido nada y eran juegos de movimientos que hab铆an en el cig眉e帽al y unos retenes en mal estado. Ahora solo nos queda buscar todas esas piezas originales para montarlas y salir a probarlo. No limpiamos las piezas ni nada, ya que en este pa铆s lo mismo te pasas un mes sin conseguir las piezas como 6 meses. Una vez tengamos lo necesario, procederemos al montaje el cual les estar茅 tratando para que lo disfruten.
