Hello everyone... Our dinner menu... looks like it came from a restaurant, but made by a housewife... haha! I'm not exaggerating, some of the dishes we studied and practiced until they looked incredibly appetizing and tasted pretty good too. There were a few dishes where the seasonings weren't perfectly balanced because we made small quantities, so our cooking might deviate slightly from the recipes taught in cookbooks.

The first dish is stir-fried water spinach. Although it's not a restaurant-quality spicy stir-fried water spinach, I guarantee it's delicious and flavorful. It's one of my favorite dishes, so I make it often. This flavor is perfect with rice porridge. The next dish is seasoned tofu with minced pork and a fragrant omelet. I make this often, and with practice, it becomes easier. It's not complicated or time-consuming; the ingredients are quick to prepare. Just chop the carrots and onions into small pieces. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add the diced tofu and toss to coat. Fry in hot oil. To make the gravy, stir-fry the minced pork until cooked, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the chopped carrots and onions, and once fragrant, season to taste. Add water, bring to a boil, then add cornstarch slurry. Once cooked, pour the gravy over the tofu and omelet.

A funny incident happened while I was making my stir-fried basil dish. Before I started, I went to pick basil leaves from the tree in front of my house. While I was picking the leaves, my eyes caught sight of a tiny, big-eyed green grasshopper that blended in perfectly with the basil I had planted. Seeing me pick the leaf it was perched on, it jumped away instantly. Luckily, I didn't manage to take a picture of it; it was still very small and will grow bigger soon. Finally, I quickly gathered some basil leaves to cook my favorite Thai dish. It's a delicious dish that can be sold in restaurants or street food stalls, and everyone's version of it tastes different. That's my story for today. What are you all having for dinner today? Don't forget to share!

Thank you for following and your continued support. See you in the next article. Bye-bye!
