Now, a year later, I can count the amount of days I have missed a post. In addition, all of those misses were either due to protocol issues with Steem itself or because my scheduling failed due to travel. When I joined I had never thought about posting now over 750 times as well as 14,000 comments! However, it has been part of my enriching journey in learning about the community and the capabilities of this ecosystem that was created and continues to evolve and expand.
While I would have never imagined reaching 5k nor 10k and being a Dolphin, the price of Steem has given many of us an opportunity like no other I have seen in the past as an entrepreneur or a participant in online communities. My goal is eventually becoming an Orca and this week marked an important milestone in getting there as I have finally surpassed 20k Steem Power. I feel that I am ahead of schedule although I believe it will slow down soon as I have starred to expand my Dollar Cost Averaging strategy to other cryptocurrencies as well.
However, 25k remains my target and goal for the 2019 year as the price remains attractive and despite capital available for me is reduced, the opportunity to earn more continues to increase. Given the increases in tokenization we are seeing from the protocol and many projects I participate in expanding in their value creating efforts, I think this continues to be a great time to actively engage and create value to build an account that can gain momentum in the ecosystem. My hopes are that my journey towards my goals now become more weighted towards earnings than investment.
While things are changing, I have always learned to embrace change and adapt accordingly to leverage it before other do so for me. The same will continue to happen as the ecosystem continues to expand and attract more stakeholders to develop and engage with the community in the future world where tokenization will be an everyday occurrence and blockchain will be embraced broadly. I look forward to being part of that community and welcoming more to be a part of it as well!
