A perfect morning weather wise made for a very enjoyable run.
The parkrun app delivery all the stays as usual.
Though I have not seen this type of run report before.
We had coffee afterwards with a few of the locals. My warm up and cool down either side of the parkrun event helped build a big activity count for the day.
