A busy travel day but a low activity count. It was amazing to fly into a snow-covered airport for an Australian.
Then, it was a small shuttle bus ride up into the mountains. We do get some snow in Australia, but not this much.
So it ended up 2 short domestic flights after a walk to the Miyazaki airport first thing in the morning with our backpack.
The Japanese love these tickets, but it did make everything operate very smoothly and got us to each leg of the trip on time.
Our final destination for the day being Kimobetsu, just nearby of the Rusutsu ski resort.
