Dibujo diario de hoy en mi sketchbook.
Hello, I share with you today's drawing, a drawing that didn't turn out well at all and is perhaps the second worst drawing in this sketchbook. But the policy of this blog is to share the whole process, share all the learning; we share the steps forward, the successes, but we also share the stumbling blocks along the way. This time I was trying to draw using a book focused on comic drawing as a guide. I did the drawing twice: on the left, as the book guided, and on the right, as I would do it with the knowledge I have so far. Without a doubt, I liked the drawing on the right much more; it doesn't look so rigid, and I think even the face is much more expressive. I finished the page by adding a speech bubble and a close-up of the character's face to make the composition more interesting. Without a doubt, I faced a challenge with this page, and it's a reminder that you always have to practice and improve, and not be afraid to share even when the result isn't what we expect, even when the drawing turns out bad. Lately I've been having little free time to share my drawings and I've skipped more than one day, but I keep the goal in mind. I hope you continue accompanying me day by day. Hola, les comparto el dibujo de hoy, un dibujo que no me quedó nada bien y quizás es el segundo peor dibujo de este sketchbook. Pero la política de este blog es compartir todo el proceso, compartir todo el aprendizaje; compartimos los pasos adelante, los aciertos, pero también compartimos los tropiezos del camino. Esta vez estuve tratando de dibujar utilizando como guía un libro enfocado en el dibujo del cómic. Hice dos veces el dibujo: a la izquierda, como guiaba el libro; a la derecha, como lo haría yo con los conocimientos que tengo hasta ahora. Sin dudas, me gustó mucho más cómo quedó el dibujo de la derecha; no se ve tan rígido y creo que hasta el rostro es mucho más expresivo. Terminé la página agregando un globo de diálogo y un primer plano del rostro del personaje para hacer más interesante la composición. Sin dudas me enfrenté a un reto con esta página, y es un recordatorio de que siempre hay que practicar y mejorar, y no tener miedo a compartir aunque el resultado no sea el que esperamos, aunque el dibujo quede mal. Últimamente estoy teniendo poco tiempo libre para compartir mis dibujos y me he saltado más de un día, pero sigo con la meta en mente. Espero que sigan acompañándome día a día; por ahora, gracias por acompañarme un día más dibujando.
