The United States has tried everything to stop people from hurting themselves by putting dangerous substances into their bodies.
I can't believe none of these ideas have worked. I mean the "Just say no" campaign alone should have solved the problem. In fact, "just say no" could solve every problem including pregnancy, overthrowing a tyrant, nuclear war, and the popularity of reality TV.
When that failed, the U.S. engaged in a "War on drugs (that rich people don't use)."
I think it is still going on, but it's hard to tell what is real when I am this freaking high.
