Description

First ride with the new power meter, right from the start I could see the values were higher than on my indoor trainer, I stopped to calibrate the meter again but there's still quite a lot of difference, I guess outside is just different.

I tried to go all out for 20 minutes to get an estimate of my FTP but the dyke wasn't long enough, I don't think the 20 minutes were over when I reached the next town, still a 241 watt 20 minute effort which would mean a 229 watt FTP, I think I can do better than that but it's already pretty good.

Nice ride with a lot of sun, this time of the year it's difficult what to wear, I left with 14 degrees but by the time I got home it was 18.
