Because of the heat today I got up at 5:45am to have a good breakfast and give my body time to digest it before heading out for a ride at 8am, it was very quiet outside, it's great.
When I got home I watched the 9th stage of the Tour de France, a Dutch winner, very much deserved with his awesome attack on the last climb, Mattieu van der Poel! 馃榾
