Wonderfull Peak Gurute, Aceh Jaya

Peak Geurutee must be familiar to those people who live in Banda Aceh city or who even cross the Banda Aceh - West Coast highway. The spot is located on the border of Aceh Besar and Aceh Jaya regency right on the edge of the national highway.

To reach this place, the visitors from the Banda Aceh have to travel for 75 KM or about 1.5 hours by cars or motorbikes. Fortunately, access to the location is not difficult due to the highway is excellent contructed by the International Non Govermant Organization (INGO) from America, USAID after tsunami in 2004. However, the visitors have to be careful as the direction to this area is so precipitous and there are many corners.

We can see directly the vast expanse of blue ocean and small green islands from a distance that very pamper the eyes, and the stretch of white sand on the beach beautifully. Some facilities are also available in this place such as traditional caffe owned by local residents, located just above the ravine, prayer and parking area also available. Another nice offerred of this place is where the visitors can enjoy the beautiful sunset view in the dust.

Puncak Geurutee pasti tidak asing bagi kalian yang tinggal di Banda Aceh atau yang sering melintasi jalan Banda Aceh - West Coast . Tempat ini berada di perbatasan antara Aceh Besar dan Aceh Jaya tepatnya di pinggir jalan nasioanal.

Untuk sampai ke tempat ini pengunjung dari kota Banda Aceh harus menempuh jarak sekitar 75 KM atau sekitar 1,5 jam. Akses ke lokasi tidaklah sulit karena jalannya sangat bagus dan luas yang mana dibangun oleh Organisasi Kemanusian International dari Amerika yaiut USAID setelah tragedi Tsunami pada tahun 2014. Namun sebaiknya pengunjungan harus berhati - hati karena jalan di area ini terbilang curam dan banyak tikungan.

Kita dapat mengamati secara langsung hamparan lautan luas yang berwarna biru serta pulau-pulau hijau dari kejauhan yang sangat memanjakan mata, serta hamparan pasir-pasir putih di pantai nan indah. Berbagai fasilitas juga tersedia ditempat ini seperti warung-warrung makanan kecil milik penduduk setempat yang berada tepat di atas jurang, tempat shalat dan area parkir. Keindahan lain yang tidak kalah menarik dari tempat ini adalah pengunjung dapat menikmati pemandangan sunset yang sangat indah di waktu senja.
