Book one of the Doomsday Trilogy is what Natasha Mehra must die is when you hold it in your hands. I always enjoy reading a series over a stand-alone book. Series means more pages for me to read which translates into the hope of having better-developed characters and a by relation a strong central plot taking the story on it firmly from the first page to the last in the series.
The Author, Anand Sivakumaran already has movies & TV series to his credits and therefore it is no surprise that I loved the play with the words right from page one.
Witty and enjoyable, the writing style is of the kind that lets you put your feet up as you settle down on your couch to enjoy the book.
It would be rude to talk about a book without telling you about the plot even if only in a sentence but let me quote the actual blurb from the book here as I think that does talk about the book in the best way possible :
