My name is Dubraska and I am entering my new apartment, I liked it as soon as I saw it the first time, the reason is because it is spacious and bright, it is also very fresh and this will be useful in the hot summer days. The movers are already unloading all my things, but in my handbag I have what can not be missing in my life or in my days, my small coffee maker, I am going to turn it on to prepare an invigorating coffee, it will strengthen me in the arduous task that awaits me.
When they finish unloading my things and the movers are saying goodbye I remember that the coffee must be ready and I offer them a cup before they leave so they can continue their day with the best energy, I know that the delicious smell of coffee impregnated each one of the places in my new apartment and surely the movers wanted to savor a delicious cup of coffee. I pour a cup for each of them and I see how they enjoy it as much as I do.
As I say goodbye to them I am ready to start unpacking, I am going to start this new year in a new house. When I start to open the boxes I find it strange that my things are not there, I check several boxes to verify the mistake and I can see that they are not my things, the movers have made a mistake, I take out my phone and dial them quickly but my head turns into a whirlwind when I hear them say that they need a couple of days to find where they sent my things. To try to calm down I pour myself another cup of coffee, that's going to help me organize my thoughts.
As I drink my coffee I see something in the box that caught my attention, it's a book called the art of being a barista. I always wanted to learn everything related to coffee and when I take a look at the book I realize that in that old book there is a treasure that I can discover. Instead of feeling that it is time wasted, I am going to make the most of it to learn everything related to coffee.
I have been reading the book for two days now and I have learned many things about coffee and the many ways to use this valuable bean. I have not finished the book and I already feel like an expert, I just have to wait for my things to arrive so I can experiment with new recipes made with coffee, what a delight!
Three days after the mistake of the movers, they called me and said that in a few minutes they would come to leave the correct moving and take the other one, I finished reading the book, it did not talk about recipes, but about the fascinating ways of discovering new flavors, joining coffee with other ingredients, I also learned the origin of its flavor and why when I drink it I feel the best taste in the world in my mouth. This mistake in moving has helped me to have a new vocation. That book was a base to learn more about coffee, its benefits and how to use it in my kitchen.
