When I first saw this, I thought it was Jewish Challah loaf because of the braids but then I saw the ingredients.

Really clever use of Vitamilk (very popular in Thailand) with banana for the liquid content and the chilli powder for a little kick. What a great and unusual combo!

Will keep this in my faves to try later, I might also add some mashed fresh banana for added taste. The whole recipe looks very customisable.
