You climb the pulpit and picked the mic, criticized evil deeds and recommended light,
But it's crazy how you live when you are off the mic,
I besiege please practice what you preach.

I was chilling out in the basketball court
With only 5 friends cooking rhymes without a pot,
We were all having fun like heaven have just won a soul
Then came an interruption from my cellphone,
I picked the call and I was on with a man of God
Calling on me to come and share in the word of God
I couldn't even contemplate no time to hesitate
So I went on my knees hands raised above my head
With a cry, God please give me the strength when I lift the microphone
I got the right words and so I left home
Walking down the street trying to memorise my flows
I almost got knocked by a car coming in front
Within a short time I was already in the church

My arrival got the whole Church disorganized
I tell you why, because they have never seen me live
But only on their TV screen doing the gospel vibes.
I was ushered in with a smile by the pastor's wife
They showed me great love that I thought it was Valentine.

And I was called upon to share the word of God divine
As they sit back quietly and visualized

I then proceeded to speak about a righteous man
As a man who walked not with evil men and never stand
In the ways of sinners playing games
Trying to make a fool a God who created his brain
Dropped it in a skol and put it on his Head.

I dropped the mic and went off stage, a Lady came and said
My name is Jen, Nat you are the best
Let me have your cellphone number and home address
With a smile I dropped my card in her hands

I came back home, at half past ten
I was interrupted by a door bell
Behold guys, it was Lady Jen
I said what brought you in here?
She replied, I came to check up on a friend.

She said Nat teach me the song you sang today
And so I replied repeat what I said

But before we go any further she pulled off her shirt
Pulled off her skirt and vest
My breath ceased for a while, should I compromise?
I couldn't help it and so I gave in, I know that's unwise.
I hope you use my story as a guide
So please practice what you preach guys.

Thanks for your time, and thanks for reading through.
