Everyone, good to see you again.Today i,m going to share a new juice recipe. This fruit is very good for health. So today i,m going to make chikoo (Sofeda) juice. This chikoo fruit in our we called its name is sofeda. Now i,m described how to make chikoo juice at home. As i,m a mother so Everytime i,m going to try new fruit juice and make it delicious that my children want to drink this juice. Becuase they are not like chikoo fruit. For that i,m going make chikoo juice in this way.lets start.
2.Milk - 1 cup
3.Sugar -1 tablespoon
4.lemon -1.
I,m also give ice Cube for make the juice cold. Becuse as you know in our country weather is too hot. So i,m use ice cube to make this juice.
I,m going to take 2 chikoo(sofeda) fruit. Then take 1 lemon, 2 tablespoon sugar in a small bowl. Also take 1 cup of milk. Last take some ice cube.
Keep all ingredients in a tray. These 5 ingredients are needed to make this chikoo juice.
Now i,m going to take chikko and remove its pee. Then cut into small pieces and give it ina blender. After give that i,m going to give 2 tablespoon sugar in to blender. I,m also give 2 tablespoon lemon juice. Last i,m also give 1 cup of milk and some ice cube into thr blender.
Here you can see all ingredients inside of the blender. First chikoo slice piece, then sugar,lrmon juice, milk and ice cube all ingredients into the juice blender.
Now i,m blend the chikoo juice. I,m not use water becuase here i,m use ice cube to mkae this drink. After blend it the color was look light brown. I,m going to take a nice juice glass and give chikoo juice into the juice glass. To decorated the juice glass i,m just take 2 slice of lemon piece and keep it one corner side of juice glass and slice i,m keep it in tray beside the juice glass.
The taste of chikoo(sofeda juice) was really delicious. I,m children they are not realise that this drink was chikoo juice. They love to drink chikoo juice. Try it at home.
