제28회 서울국제여성영화제가 8월 20일부터 26일까지 메가박스 신촌과 한국영상자료원 시네마테크KOFA에서 열린다. 올해 주제 ‘Reimagining F’는 필름의 깜빡임을 매끈하고 완벽한 AI 이미지와 대비해 인간적인 불완전성과 창의성을 조명한다. 여성 감독의 신작과 한국 여성 중심 영화 17편, 일본 여성영화 특별전, 배우 김지미 회고전 등도 선보인다.
The 28th Seoul International Women’s Film Festival runs Aug. 20–26 at Megabox Sinchon and Cinematheque KOFA. Its Reimagining F theme contrasts film flicker with polished AI imagery to explore human imperfection and creativity. The program includes new films by women, 17 Korean titles, Japanese cinema and a Kim Ji mee retrospective.
