Good evening everyone.

I want to share this dragon fruit my gramma gave me. She harvested this from her garden at the farmland. This afternoon, I asked my mom @bloghound to peel the fruit and slice it because I was craving. She sliced it thinly and we shared the one bowl. Then I asked mom if she could separate mine. My bowl has more pieces because it tasted sooooo yummy. It tastes like a combination of ripe papaya and watermelon. I was a little sad when it was all gone. We only had one fruit but it was big, I hope there are more dragon fruits gramma will harvest.

Do you also like dragon fruit? Oh, the flower is beautiful if you already saw one and when the flower is still closed or soon to open, my gramma cook it and mix with her dinegdeng dish. She also adds to monggo beans and sometimes to fish paksiw. Yum yum. I am hungry again.
