JPEGs from the LPC Conference 12.0
On the 16th of November, I was privileged to attend the Leadership, Purpose and Career conference hosted by Lead world
The speakers did justice to diverse topics focusing on the theme "Turn on your Spark"
A few highlights from the conference:
Words from Captain Kalu.
馃搶 Nothing gets done until someone takes responsibility. It is your responsibility to light up yourself.
馃搶 To turn on your Spark, there are things you have to turn off in your life.
Words from Ma'am Mmanti Umoh
馃搶 Constant usage of social media for the wrong reasons has made us forget about who we are
馃搶 Faith cannot feed what hard work can do.
馃搶 Stop being a fake copy of another person's original. Own your story.
馃搶 You can be anything you want to be because you can.
Words from Mr. Franklin.
馃搶 Don't just wish for something, take action! Sell something! Build something!
馃搶 Your character defines your value.
馃搶 Produce a system that provides value to people.
Words from Mr. Aniekeme Finbarr
馃搶 Your location and background are not your problem- You are a product of your decisions.
馃搶 He talked about several opportunities in the ecosystem, and he emphasized studying, learning, and acquiring RELEVANT courses/ skills.
馃搶 Lastly, conferences don't change people. Rather, it is convictions and actions that do.
I connected with liked-minded personalities and was happy to be among those who shared similar visions as me.
I hope this added value to you.
