You name it, its on here. Taxes, tire disposal fee, shop supplies, reprogramming, labor, tires.

Original work quoted was $300.76. Total paid $319.80.

Difference: $19.04.

And what costs an extra $19.04. Well, you will see that we added two Exterior Light Bulbs for a cost on parts of $2.20. And they charged me to install! $14.50 to screw in two light bulbs. Oh, and walk to the shelf to get the. Yes, I asked they be installed. But I was buying $300.76 of products and service. In the name of Customer Service would you not think they could twist out two bulbs and twist in two new ones without charging the minimum?

I can install them. My husband and son could install them. I seriously presumed they would put them in at no charge. Good Customer Service.

I didn't complain because I asked them to do it. Will I go back there again? I doubt it. Will I share my experience with others. You bet. Word of mouth goes a long way.

Just irritated me.
