An acquaintance of mine told me earlier today that when she had gotten into her car and was getting ready to crank it up, she decided to get out and check the oil first.
As soon as she opened the hood of her car, a kitten jumped out at her. She said that this scared her so much that she had to go back into her house and sit down and calm herself down for a minute.
She said this sudden surprise by that cat made her heart beat so fast that she had to take a few breaths before getting back into her car. Although this was a little funny, it was also serious, because she is really afraid of cats.
